Administrator Craigavon

We are looking for Administrators to work in Craigavon for a well known company on a temporary basis.

Administrator Role:

The Administrator is focused on ensuring that applications remain in line with customer expectations throughout the customer journey; that job details are up to date and accurate; and that administrative resources primarily support the Commercial Performance, Design and Quotation functions but also support depot based colleagues in Customer Liaison, PreConstruction and Construction Delivery functions.

Administrator Duties

Proactively liaising with customers and colleagues to ensure applications progress to a conclusion through the work pipeline within a reasonable time frame;
dealing with queries or complaints as they arise;
delivering administrative activities within the workflow;
and continually striving for a Customer orientated service.
The role relies on your ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, particularly those which have a significant impact on the production of quotations.
You will take a solutions-focused approach and have the confidence to constructively challenge your manager while helping them to successfully deliver their work plan.
Contribute towards a team culture of sharing information and knowledge where there is a focus on solving issues as a team with a “can-do” attitude and removing barriers to success
Main point of contact regarding customer status within the customer journey Contribute towards delivering a compliant yet seamless process for the customer, while constantly seeking to improve the process
Work productively with resource coordinators to allocate or schedule activities to pre-construction or connection delivery colleagues in fair and manageable volumes Influence how the customer liaison team adapts to changing demands and needs within the connections business
Attention to detail throughout the customer journey ensuring that notes recorded in the job management system are accurate
Continually strive for competent applications prior to release to the estimating team
Ensure customer agreement is complete, with accurate information and documents available, and payment made in accordance with agreed payment plans prior to release to depot based customer liaison teams

Administration Skills:

Proven experience and track record operating within a similar environment demonstrating your ability to meet the demands of this role,
An ambitious, self-motivated individual who can communicate effectively, has excellent interpersonal skills and can work with minimum levels of supervision
Dealing directly and productively with customers – assessing their needs, managing their expectations and agreeing next steps
Strong attention to providing detailed and accurate information through the various communication channels used within a service focused business


A third level qualification in Business Administration or Customer service focused subject
Knowledge of work management systems; JMS, including scheduler, SAP ISU, GNIS, NISRANS Knowledge of connections processes

Salary will be £8.04 p/h
