Sales and Events Coordinator

This role will support the Sales and Marketing Department.

Responsibilities:  

• Assist with the planning and implementation of events which will include Weddings
• Assist the Sales and Marketing Department with administrative tasks as and when required
• Respond to an enquiries and orders in a timely manner.
• Manage Contracts
• Assist with accommodation needs for events
• Manage table plans for events
• Assist with social media platforms when required
• Maintain client/account file database and proper use of the hotel sales system.
• Complete all required sales reports in a timely fashion
• Maintain all hotel standards.
• Any other duties as may be requested by Management

You The Candidate:

• Precious experience is essential for this role
• Strong business acumen
• Be able to work on your own initiative
• Self-motivated
• Excellent communicator with strong planning skills
• Good computer skills
• Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland
• Ability to communicate well in English, both orally and written.
