Field Sales Executive – Belfast

35k + OTE 60k +commission + car allowance

We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with a passion for technology and a strong background in the food and hospitality sector. This role focuses on selling our integrated EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) systems to restaurants, bars, cafés, and other hospitality businesses across Northern and Southern Ireland.

As a key part of our growth strategy, you will identify new business opportunities, build lasting relationships, and deliver tailored EPOS solutions that help clients improve operations, service, and profitability.

The Role

• Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities within the food and hospitality industry
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospects across both Northern and Southern Ireland
• Conduct effective product demonstrations and consultations to understand client needs
• Negotiate terms and close sales contracts with confidence and clarity
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Stay up to date on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Collaborate with internal teams (implementation, support, marketing) to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience

Skills & Experience

• Proven sales experience in the food and hospitality sector, ideally selling similar B2B tech solutions
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously in the field
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
