What matters to me is delivering a great service, building strong and long lasting working relationships. I’m proud that clients and candidates come back to work with me again and again.
My recruitment career has also given me the opportunity to develop complementary skills in sales, business development and digital marketing.
I’m co-chair of the Women in Enterprise providing networking opportunities and support. It is very rewarding to be able to encourage and empower women in and into business.
When I’m not working, I enjoy singing with the local Cantamus Choir in Derry.
