We are seeking a proactive and results-driven leader who thrives on generating revenue, building strong teams, and creating compelling brand experiences. Passion for the hospitality industry is essential.

As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for maximising sales performance, enhancing the hotel brand, and leading the daily operations of the Sales and Marketing division. This strategic role oversees the sales, marketing, events and revenue teams, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s vision, culture, and commercial goals.

• Key Responsibilities:
  Develop and implement the annual Sales & Marketing Plan aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate on revenue forecasts with GM and Cluster Revenue Manager.
• Adjust strategies based on market conditions, competition, and tourism trends.
• Manage and motivate cross-functional commercial teams.
• Drive performance through KPIs, coaching, and a collaborative culture.
• Foster professional development across departments.
• Achieve revenue targets across all segments
• Secure new business, manage key accounts and lead contracting efforts.
• Coordinate with revenue management for dynamic pricing and yield optimization.
• Oversee campaign execution and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Ensure digital presence, including online reputation management.
• Coordinate PR activities including FAM and press trips.
• Manage departmental budget and marketing spend in line with forecasts.
• Deliver regular business reports (weekly, monthly, annual) to key stakeholders.

You The Candidate:

• Strong knowledge of hotel sales & marketing operations.
• Experience in team leadership with a focus on collaboration and results.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Marketing acumen and familiarity with key digital tools.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt to flexible schedules.
• Customer-centric mindset, balancing guest and business needs.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior commercial role within hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead multifunctional commercial teams.
• Strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related fields.
