We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant with industry-specific experience, exceptional number crunching abilities, and a strong commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our finance team, contributing to financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making processes.

The Role

• Prepare, examine, and analyse financial reports and statements for internal use.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
• Develop budgets and financial forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
• Monitor and assess financial results against budgetary controls and forecasts.
• Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost efficiencies.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.
• Provide support during audits and tax preparation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification e.g., CIMA, is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Management Accountant in industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights effectively.
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business operations and commercial awareness.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• High ethical standards and integrity in professional conduct.
