Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our Belfast client ( located in the Sydenham Business Park area ) who are seeking ambitious and motivated Telesales Executives to join a successful and growing business.

The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with both new and existing business customers, identifying sales opportunities and converting leads into revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contacting prospective and existing business customers via telephone and email
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Building strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Understanding customer requirements and presenting tailored solutions
• Managing and maintaining an active sales pipeline through the CRM system
• Following up on leads and nurturing opportunities through the sales cycle
• Working towards and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintaining accurate customer records and activity reports
  

Criteria

• Previous experience in B2B sales, telesales, outbound sales or business development
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence engaging with business owners and decision-makers
• Experience using CRM systems
• A motivated, resilient and target-driven attitude
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• A positive and professional approach to sales
