At Müller, we're passionate about bringing our much-loved Yogurt & Desserts brands to consumers across Ireland. We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Sales Development Representative to join our field sales team covering North Leinster.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in FMCG sales. Whether you're currently working in sales, retail, merchandising or a customer-facing role, you'll have the opportunity to build your commercial experience, develop your skills and progress your career with one of the leading names in the food and drink industry.

As the face of Müller within your territory, you'll take ownership of driving sales growth across a portfolio of stores. By building strong relationships with store managers and chargehands, identifying opportunities for growth and delivering excellent in-store execution, you'll play a key role in maximising the performance of the Müller brand.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver best-in-class representation for the Müller brand in store through the delivery of agreed in-store metrics.
• Maximise potential for sales growth opportunities for the Müller brand through best-in-class customer relationships with store managers and chargehands.
• Manage a call schedule that prioritises the potential for sales growth in your territory.
• Maximise the implementation of head office agreements at local store level.
• Identify opportunities to improve availability, visibility and overall performance of Müller products in store.
• Provide customer intelligence, market insight and feedback to support business decisions and future growth.
• Execute all administration accurately and efficiently, continuously looking for ways to improve processes.
• Take ownership of your territory, delivering against key objectives and sales growth targets.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales, retail, merchandising, FMCG or another customer-facing environment.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• A commercial mindset with a passion for delivering results and growing sales.
• Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently across a field-based territory.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Full clean driving licence essential.
• Business, Marketing or related qualification desirable.
