We might have just the position for you!</p> <p><strong>What's on offer - A remote-based position, consultancy basis, upto &#163;100,000 OTE, minimum 2 days/week and strong fee split!</strong></p> <p>This Residential Surveyor position is for a highly successful and growing residential chartered surveying business in the Belfast area, which, due to increased business levels, is seeking an experienced surveying professional to join their team on a consultancy basis, working a minimum of 2 days/week within a 25-mile radius from home.</p> <p><strong>As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:</strong></p> <p>Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:</p> <ul> <li>Homebuyer (Level 2 Surveys)</li><li>Mortgage Valuations</li></ul> <p><strong>To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher</li><li>Strong track record in Surveying - minimum of 2 years post-qualified</li><li>VRS experience</li><li>Attention-to-detail</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>UK Driving License</li></ul> <p><strong>What's on offer?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Upto &#163;100,000 OTE</li><li>Fee split 50%-55% </li><li>Minimum of 10 points, which can be split over multiple days (min of 2 days) </li><li>Leading software for report writing</li><li>Admin support&nbsp;</li></ul> <p><strong>Working arrangement:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Remote / WFH basis</li><li>A minimum of 2 days/week</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Working within a 25-mile radius from your home</li></ul>
