About the Role

We have an urgent requirement for 3 Market Research staff to conduct customer focused surveys, across Northern Ireland. 

Hours of work:

The hours of work are 10am – 4.30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch, starting ASAP for 2 months with potential to be extended.

2-3 shifts a week (happy to discuss more or less shifts for the right candidate), and flexible on days - it can be a mix of weekends and weekdays.

A training day will be held on Monday 14th or Tuesday 15th September.

Location:

Mainly in Belfast and the surrounding areas, but also willing to travel to Derry, Newry and Omagh/Enniskillen areas each once a month, and also travel out of Belfast occasionally to other towns. Travel time will be paid to cover travel expenses for longer distances.

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

Job Purpose:

The role requires candidates to carry out market research interviews with members of the public on-street (and maybe with a few businesses).

Essential Criteria:

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to be confident and comfortable in approaching the general public

• Knowledge on using touch screen technology
