Tyrone and they have an opportunity for a full-time, permanent SHEQ Advisor to join its successful team. The role will involve working across a variety of projects throughout Ireland</p> <p>Main Duties</p> <ul> <li>Ensure all Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are regularly reviewed, updated, and communicated</li><li>Conduct safety audits, inspections, and investigations; compile reports and ensure compliance is consistently maintained</li><li>Ensure the completion and regular review of Method Statements and Risk Assessments</li><li>Ensure all accidents and near misses are documented, investigated, and that recommended improvements are implemented</li><li>Ensure that employees, contractors, and site visitors receive site inductions</li><li>Plan and coordinate SHEQ-related training for employees</li><li>Maintain and update all relevant SHEQ department administration</li><li>Assist in developing documentation for the SHEQ Management System to ensure compliance with:</li></ul> <p>Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Health & Safety (experience in Rail or Windfarm projects is beneficial but not essential)</li><li>NEBOSH (or equivalent) qualification – held for a minimum of 2 years</li><li>Environmental and/or Quality qualification is advantageous</li><li>Experience and understanding of implementing ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001</li><li>Excellent communication and team-building skills</li><li>Strong organisational and planning abilities</li><li>Effective problem-solving skills with a solution-focused approach</li><li>Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office packages</li></ul> <p>Additional Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Willingness to travel and work away from home on a project-by-project basis across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland</li><li>Must have the right to work in both the UK and Republic of Ireland</li><li>Full, valid driving licence</li></ul> <p>Please submit an up-to-date CV today via the “Apply” link, or you can call the Branch and speak to Donna</p> <p><br /></p> <br />
