About the Role

<p>Vivid Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Acute Inpatient Physiotherapist to join a busy NHS hospital service in Northern Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality physiotherapy care to patients across a varied acute caseload.</p> <p>The postholder will be responsible for providing assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for patients within acute medical, surgical, and elderly care wards. You will play a key role in discharge planning, mobility assessments, and promoting patient independence and safety.</p> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <ul> <li>Assess, treat, and manage patients with acute and complex conditions</li><li>Work across acute medical, surgical, and elderly care wards</li><li>Contribute to discharge planning and onward referrals</li><li>Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation</li><li>Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team</li><li>Support junior staff and students where required</li></ul> <strong>Requirements</strong> <ul> <li>HCPC registered Physiotherapist</li><li>Minimum of 6–12 months’ UK NHS experience</li><li>Previous experience working in an acute inpatient setting</li><li>Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Access NI</li></ul> <strong>How to Apply</strong> <p>If you are a motivated Physiotherapist with acute inpatient experience looking for your next locum role in Northern Ireland, we would love to hear from you.</p> <p>Apply now or contact Vivid Healthcare for more information.</p>
