Our client is seeking an experienced&nbsp;<strong>Payroll Specialist</strong> who has the ability to apply strong functional payroll expertise and proven experience in payroll transformation and project delivery.</p> <p>The role involves hands-on responsibility for end-to-end payroll operations, as well as managing the full lifecycle of payroll transformation initiatives.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Day-to-day of the role:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Payroll Operations &amp; Compliance</strong> <ul> <li>Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant legislation.</li><li>Work closely with HR and Finance teams to maintain the integrity of payroll data.</li><li>Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.</li></ul> </li><li><strong>Payroll Transformation &amp; Transition</strong> <ul> <li>Support payroll transformation initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to process improvements, including redesign, automation, and continuous enhancement activities.</li><li>Assist with payroll system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.</li></ul> </li><li><strong>Project &amp; Programme Support</strong> <ul> <li>Provide support for payroll-related project governance, tracking, and reporting activities.</li><li>Contribute to key workstreams within payroll transformation programmes, including feasibility, design, and implementation.</li></ul> </li><li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement</strong> <ul> <li>Collaborate with internal teams such as HR, Finance, and Operations.&nbsp;</li><li>Effectively communicate updates, changes, and improvements to relevant stakeholders.</li></ul> </li></ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>German Speaking&nbsp;with&nbsp;proven experience in payroll operations or payroll processing</li><li>Strong knowledge of payroll systems, compliance, and reporting requirements.</li><li>Experience in payroll transformation or transition projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.</li><li>Ability to work in fast-paced, consulting or transformation-driven environments.</li><li>Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.</li></ul> <p><strong>For more information, including package details, please contact Mary at Reed Belfast, apply via this advert, or contact me confidentially on LinkedIn</strong></p> <br />
