Salary: £30,000–£33,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The Role

As Office Manager, you'll be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring the office runs efficiently while providing support across key business functions including HR, finance, sales, marketing, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, maintaining efficient systems and processes
• Manage administrative functions including correspondence, filing, record-keeping, and data management
• Support HR activities such as recruitment administration, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
• Assist with financial administration, including invoicing, expense management, and budget monitoring
• Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, suppliers, customers, and external stakeholders
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Manage office supplies and supplier relationships
• Help ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
• Provide support for marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and company events when required

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and enjoys taking ownership of their work.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in an office management, administration, or similar role
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• The ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Experience within brewing, hospitality, manufacturing, or a related industry (desirable but not essential)
