MSAT & Process Validation Lead

About the Role

Walker Cole International is partnering with a specialist pharmaceuticals business to bring in an MSAT and Process Validation Lead for their Site Leadership Team.

You'll own the Manufacturing Science & Technology function at site level, working closely with the Operations Site Lead to hit targets on quality, delivery, cost and safety, and acting as the go-to person for everything from tech transfers to new product introduction.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning the MS&T function at site level, partnering closely with the Operations Site Lead.
• Leading OOS investigations, remediation and process capability reviews.
• Driving tech transfers, new product introduction and process improvement projects end to end.
• Identifying capital investment needs to keep the site ready for future demand.
• Managing project delivery, including budgets, resourcing and vendors.
• Building strong links across R&D, product development and regulatory, and coaching the wider team.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in science or engineering, with 8+ years in pharmaceutical technical operations.
• Strong background in product lifecycle management and continuous improvement.
• Proven project and change management experience, including complex technical and Capex projects.
• Confident communicator and people leader, comfortable operating at any level.

Desirable:

• Validation experience (process and cleaning).
• Track record leading technical transfers at site level.
