The Role

You'll advise clients on a broad range of mortgage and protection needs, including:

• Residential mortgages
• Remortgages
• Product transfers
• Buy-to-let lending
• First-time buyer cases
• Protection solutions

You'll benefit from access to an existing client bank alongside regular referral opportunities, allowing you to focus on delivering advice and growing your income.

What We're Looking For

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Previous mortgage advising experience
• Strong regulatory and compliance awareness
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Ability to manage your own diary and pipeline
