Management Accountant- Lisburn- HYBRID

• Location: Lisburn Area
• Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | Office-based (hybrid after probation)
• Salary:  £dependent on experience

REED is partnered with growing company in the logistics sector in the appointment of a new Management Accountant to join their team.

This is truly an excellent opportunity for a Management Accountant to significantly shape the finance function within a rapidly growing company that values smart processes and insightful reporting.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead Core Finance Activities: Take full responsibility for management accounts, journals, reconciliations and period-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage.
• Maintain Financial Integrity: Oversee intercompany reconciliations, resolve balance sheet discrepancies and uphold clear, auditable records across a complex group structure.
• Champion Process Excellence: Continuously seek smarter, more efficient ways of working, using automation and process improvements to drive operational effectiveness.
• Provide Strategic Insight: Use your understanding of the cold storage and logistics industry to deliver meaningful analysis and support informed decision-making.
• Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with finance leaders and stakeholders across the group to align processes, enhance reporting and support business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Accountant with 2 + of relevant experience in finance or accounting
• Comfortable with ERP systems and confident in using Excel.
• Hands-on approach with a readiness to take on more responsibilities and make a significant impact.

Benefits

• 37.5 Hours Monday to Friday can be flexible on start/finish time.
• 28 days holiday, 2 extra for no sickness in year, 1 extra day after 2,4 and 5 years of service.
