<p><strong>Join our team at Biscuit Factory as a Maintenance Technician!</strong></p> <p><strong>Biscuit Factory is our brand new 724-bed student accommodation development in Belfast, opening to residents in September 2026. We are looking to appoint 2 x Maintenance Technicians to work Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><em>The role is due to start in <strong>June 2025</strong>.</em></p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>Are you a problem solver with a knack for fixing things? Do you thrive working in a role where you are accountable for ensuring the smooth works on minor reactive repairs and carrying out planned maintenance? If so, Fresh have just the role for you!</p> <p>As Maintenance Technician you be responsible for the statutory compliance for your building, as well as managing the large commercial waste bins which are stored outside the building.</p> <p>You will be the go-to expert on all thing’s maintenance, whether its handling routine fixes, tackling unexpected issues but most importantly you’ll be accountable for making the building a welcoming, safe place for our residents to live!</p> <p><strong>About you</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a hands-on individual with the ability for fixing, maintaining and improving the building, you will bring a blend of technical expertise as well a strong work ethic, coupled with an upbeat attitude when things get challenging.
