This role offers broad exposure across operations and the chance to make a real impact on safety culture, compliance, and continuous improvement.</p> <p>Reporting to the SHEQ Manager, you’ll play a key role in embedding best practice, supporting operational teams, and driving performance across multiple sites.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>SHEQ Compliance & Culture</strong></p> <ul> <li>Promote a strong SHEQ culture across the business</li><li>Provide expert advice on health, safety, environmental and quality standards</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory, client and corporate requirements</li></ul> <p><strong>Systems & Standards</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain and improve ISO standards ()</li><li>Support development of the Integrated Management System</li><li>Drive non-conformance processes and continuous improvement</li></ul> <p><strong>Site Support & Monitoring</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct site inspections, audits and compliance checks</li><li>Support managers to implement safe systems of work</li><li>Monitor SHEQ performance and identify improvement opportunities</li></ul> <p><strong>Incident & Risk Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead accident/incident investigations and root cause analysis</li><li>Support risk assessments and mitigation planning</li><li>Produce reports, insights and improvement plans</li></ul> <p><strong>Training & Engagement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver SHEQ training, toolbox talks and coaching</li><li>Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives</li><li>Build strong relationships across all levels of the business</li></ul> <p><strong>Sustainability</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to environmental and sustainability initiatives aligned to 2030 targets</li></ul> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <p><strong>Essential:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in a SHEQ / HSE role within construction, FM or engineering</li><li>IOSH or NEBOSH qualified</li><li>Strong knowledge of SHEQ regulations and best practice</li><li>Full UK driving licence</li><li>Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels</li></ul> <p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p> <ul> <li>ISO () experience</li><li>Internal or external auditing experience</li><li>Environmental qualification (or working towards)</li></ul> <p><strong>Why Apply?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Join a <strong>growing, forward-thinking business</strong> with strong values</li><li>Opportunity to <strong>influence SHEQ strategy and culture</strong></li><li>Broad, varied role with exposure across multiple projects and teams</li></ul> <br />
