Group Business Partner Manager

• Annual Salary: £43,916 - £53,550
• Location: Newtownabbey
• Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (2 mandatory office days / 3 home working)

Our client seeks to appoint a Group Business Partner Manager to provide comprehensive financial oversight and strategic insight across their UK and ROI operations. This role is crucial in enhancing financial performance, accountability, and strategic financial planning, working closely with the Director of Finance and the wider finance leadership team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience in financial reporting.
• At least 1 year's experience leading and developing finance professionals.
• Strong ability to partner with senior management and operational teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and capability to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to interpret financial information and translate it into business insights.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in financial reporting within both the UK and ROI.
• Background in a not-for-profit organisation and familiarity with Charities SORP.
• Proficiency in ERP and financial reporting systems like Oracle or NetSuite.
• Experience in financial transformation and systems implementation.
• Knowledge of commercial finance and contract/funding analysis.
