About the Role
General Operative
Location: Belcoo, Enniskillen, BT93 5GF
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Optional Overtime: Saturday, 7:00am - 12:00pm
Reporting To: Factory Supervisor
We are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Belcoo. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking to develop their skills within a well-established production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating precast concrete manufacturing machinery
- Operating overhead cranes and mobile plant equipment
- Carrying out general labouring duties
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards across the site
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean, safe, and organised
- Following all company Health & Safety procedures and policies
- Adhering to safe working practices at all times
- Supporting production activities as required
What We're Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to health and safety standards
- Previous manufacturing, production, construction, or labouring experience is advantageous but not essential
