Temporary Food Service / Kitchen Assistant

Location: Greater Belfast
Job Type: Temporary / Ad Hoc Shifts
Hours: Various Shifts Available

We are currently recruiting Temporary Food Service/Kitchen Assistants to join our team for ongoing temporary assignments across a range of catering and hospitality environments.

Duties Include:

• Assisting with food preparation and basic kitchen duties
• Serving food and beverages to customers
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Stock replenishment and storage of deliveries
• Following food safety and health & safety procedures
• Supporting chefs and catering staff as required

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months' experience working in a food service, catering, kitchen assistant, or hospitality role
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen practices
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Experience working in healthcare, education, hospitality, or contract catering settings
