Reporting to: Director of Operations

Department: Food & Beverage (All Outlets & Events)

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead all F&B operations, driving performance, profitability, and service excellence. You will play a key role in maintaining the hotel’s reputation, inspiring your team to consistently exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all Food & Beverage operations across restaurants, bars, and events
• Lead, develop, and motivate management and service teams
• Drive revenue, control costs, and manage departmental budgets
• Ensure exceptional guest service and uphold luxury brand standards
• Manage staffing levels in line with business needs and payroll targets
• Oversee stock control, purchasing, and cost of sales performance
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Events team on menus and service delivery
• Lead function meetings and ensure flawless event execution
• Be present during peak service times, ensuring operational excellence
• Deputise for the Director of F&B when required

Training & Compliance

• Deliver structured training programmes to maintain high service standards
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety, licensing, and employment legislation
• Maintain outstanding hygiene, presentation, and operational standards

Ideal Candidate

• Leadership experience in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills

Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams
