Financial Controller

An excellent and newly created opportunity has arisen with a hugely successful NI based manufacturing group as they continue on their journey of expansion and acquisition.

This role is crucial for ensuring robust financial control, delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across finance processes and systems. The Financial Controller will work closely with operational, commercial, and supply chain teams to enhance business performance and profitability.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Financial Management & Reporting
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Manufacturing & Operational Finance
• Cash Flow & Working Capital
• Leadership
• Systems & Process Improvement
• Required Skills & Qualifications

About you:

• You will be a  fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with at least 5 years post-qualification experience. 
• Previous experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager would be advantageous, however; consideration will be given to those who are embarking on their first FC journey.
• Ideally you will have previous experience in manufacturing or an ERP environment
• It would be advantageous if you have previous experience using Power BI
