<p>Reed Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Deputy General Manager in Armagh</p> <p>Contract: Full-Time/Permanent</p> <p>Reporting To: General Manager</p> <p>Hours: Shift work including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays</p> <p>Salary: 50k</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a busy hotel. This role plays a key part in driving operational success, with a strong focus on food &amp; beverage, guest satisfaction and cost control.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the overall management of hotel operations including rooms, food &amp; beverage and events</li><li>Lead and inspire teams through effective communication, training and performance management</li><li>Oversee food &amp; beverage operations, ensuring high standards, profitability and guest satisfaction</li><li>Monitor budgets, control costs and help deliver financial targets</li><li>Manage recruitment, staff engagement and scheduling</li><li>Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external suppliers</li><li>Carry out Duty Manager responsibilities as required</li></ul> <p><strong>Essential:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a similar hospitality management role</li><li>Strong leadership and customer service skills</li><li>Experience managing budgets and driving profitability</li><li>Knowledge of food &amp; beverage trends and operations</li><li>Strong organisational and decision-making abilities</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and hotel systems (POS/booking systems)</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul> <p><strong>What’s on Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Meals on shift</li><li>Gym membership discount</li><li>Staff discounts</li><li>Uniform provided</li><li>Training and career development opportunities</li></ul> <p>Please submit an up-to-date CV today via the “Apply” link, or you can call the Branch and speak to Donna</p> <br />
