Customer Acquisition Specialist – B2B Sales

Belfast | Office Based | £30,000 + Uncapped Commission | £34,000+ realistic OTE

Are you confident on the phone, commercially minded and looking for a sales role where you can earn uncapped commission without being responsible for closing the deal?

We're recruiting Customer Acquisition Specialists to join an established B2B sales operation in Belfast, supporting one of the UK's leading telecommunications and mobile-services providers.

You'll speak directly with businesses, identify their current mobile and connectivity requirements and uncover genuine sales opportunities before passing qualified leads to the sales team to close.

Salary: £30,000 basic

Commission: Uncapped – approximately £4,000 per annum realistic OTE

Location: Belfast

Working pattern: Office based, business hours

Start date: 21 September

Language: Fluent English required

What you'll be doing

This is a B2B new-business and lead-generation role, rather than a traditional closing position.

You'll be responsible for:

• Contacting business leads and having structured sales conversations
• Understanding their current mobile contracts and business requirements
• Identifying the number of employees/devices required
• Establishing contract renewal dates
• Identifying and engaging the appropriate decision-maker
• Qualifying opportunities using the BANT framework – Budget, Authority, Need and Timing
• Accurately recording information and passing high-quality opportunities to the sales team
• Handling initial objections confidently
• Working towards activity, quality and lead-generation targets

What we're looking for

Previous sales experience is essential.

You may currently be working in:

• Customer Acquisition
• Telecoms Sales
• Contact Centre Sales

Ideally, you'll have at least 6–12 months' sales experience, although the quality of your experience and your approach are more important than your current job title.

You'll need to be confident speaking with businesses, comfortable asking probing questions and able to build rapport quickly.

Most importantly, you'll be motivated, resilient and commercially minded, with the drive to identify opportunities and earn commission.
