<p><strong>Community Partnership Officer</strong></p> <p><strong>My client is a leading organisation based in Belfast. Who specialise on delivering support and services to improve the health and wellbeing of those in need. They are currently seeking a Community Partnership Officer to join their team.</strong></p> <p>This is a Full-Time, Temporary position, for 3-6 months (with a hybrid working model of attending the office for 2 days per week on a rota basis).</p> <p>Working hours: 37 hours per week.</p> <p>With a salary of £37,694 per annum (£19.59 per hour)</p> <p><strong>Job Role:</strong></p> <p>You will be responsible for the provision of development, support and guidance to funded Community Partner organisations that deliver support and services to those in need.</p> <p><strong>Essential Criteria:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience of programme or project experience working within the community and voluntary sector.</li><li>Practical experience of developing positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across the community and voluntary sector.</li><li>Practical experience developing Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks and monitoring progress against key outcomes.</li><li>Experience of analysing complex financial and non-financial information and producing recommendations to management.</li><li>Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team as well as your own initiative.</li><li>A current UK Driving License with access to a car. This will be waived in the case of an applicant whose disability prohibits driving, but who is able to organise suitable alternative arrangements.</li></ul> <p><strong>Main Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with community partners, stakeholders and voluntary groups to improve support for those in need.</li><li>Support partner organisations to plan, deliver and review their services in line with funding requirements.</li><li>Help develop and use systems to measure the impact of services on health and wellbeing.</li><li>Supervise staff within the programmes team and monitor performance.</li><li>Provide guidance and advice to organisations managing funding.</li><li>Help update and improve grant policies and procedures.</li><li>Prepare reports for management on outcomes and progress.</li><li>Identify training needs and support organisations to build capacity and deliver quality services.</li><li>Attend relevant meetings and contribute to programme development.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and ensure databases are kept up to date.</li><li>Support delivery of business plan targets and monitor performance against key indicators.</li><li>Represent the company at public events.</li><li>Provide effective, evidence-based advice and information to the Community Partnership Manager.</li><li>Prepare reports, attend meetings and represent the Service in events and activities.</li><li>Optimise the success of project and programme delivery plans by being responsive and solution focussed.</li><li>Uphold the company reputation and public image in any external communications.</li></ul> <br />
