Commercial Sales Representative

This role is a Commercial Sales Representative with a company based in Portadown, focused on growing commercial sales across Northern Ireland and the border counties. This role will involve travel with NI and ROI.

This is a Full-Time, permanent position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (Flexible working hours but general officer hours are Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4pm)

Salary - £35,000 TO £50,000 + Commission/Bonus (Dependent on experience)

Job Role

As a Commercial Sales Representative, your day-to-day will be dynamic and engaging. You'll be identifying new leads, developing strategies to win new business, and liaising directly with clients and architects to finalise designs and secure new work. This role isn't just about sales; it's about building lasting partnerships and representing the brands standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with builders, developers, and architects.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Liaise with clients and architects on design requirements and project delivery.
• Prepare detailed quotations, contracts, and trade customer proposals.
• Work towards sales and revenue targets.
• Represent the brand and quality standards within the construction sector.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' sales experience.
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand technical specifications.
• Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
