<p><strong>Building & Construction Project Manager</strong><br /><br /><strong>Location:</strong> Belfast<br /><strong>Contract:</strong> 12-month contract (high likelihood of extension)<br /><strong>Working pattern:</strong> Full-time, on-site | 36 hours per week (4.5 days)<br /><br /><strong>About the role</strong><br /><br />We're looking for an experienced <strong>Building & Construction Project Manager</strong> to lead the delivery of high-value, site-based construction projects in Belfast. This is a client-side role, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects from early concept through to successful handover, while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.<br /><br />You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards-working closely with internal teams, external partners and senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.<br /><br /><strong>What you'll be doing</strong><br /><br />As a Building & Construction Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the <strong> end-to-end delivery</strong> of construction projects, including:</p> <ul> <li>Leading client-side construction projects from feasibility and design through to completion and handover</li><li>Developing and managing project delivery plans, CAPEX business cases, and risk & opportunity registers</li><li>Providing clear leadership and direction to multi-disciplinary project teams and stakeholders</li><li>Managing budgets, controlling expenditure and ensuring resources are used effectively</li><li>Ensuring all project documentation is accurate, compliant and kept up to date</li><li>Maintaining strong health & safety standards across all project activities</li><li>Identifying, managing and mitigating project risks, escalating issues where required</li><li>Building and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external partners</li></ul> <p><br /><strong>What we're looking for</strong><br /><br />We're keen to hear from professionals who bring strong client-side construction experience and a collaborative leadership style.
