Bookkeeper- Carryduff- Maternity Contract
Reed Recruitment are delighted to be working with a thriving and successful organisation with offices based in Carryduff. Our client has a new vacancy for an experienced Office Manager/ Assistant Accountant to join their team to cover a period of maternity.
This is a full-time role for a period of 9 months, and the successful applicant will be required to complete the following duties:
- Processing weekly payroll, including maintaining holiday entitlement records for all employees ( circa 40 employees)
- Purchase ledger invoice processing
- Liaising with suppliers and managing queries
- Payment runs
- Managing debt collection and ensuring customer accounts remain up to date
- Processing online banking transactions and recording payments and receipts on Sage
- Assisting with online bookings and purchases as required
- Providing general administrative support across the business
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in a payroll, accounts or finance administration role
- Experience in Sage Accounts
- A minimum of three years’ experience completing the above job duties
- Available to start at short notice
Benefits
- Competitive salary of up to £34,000 dependent on experience
- Full-time hours, Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
