Rocksalt Kitchen & Bar is looking for an experienced and reliable Part-Time Bar Staff Member to join our busy team.

Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Hours: Part-time, including evenings and weekends
Age requirement: Applicants must be 18 or over due to the licensed bar duties and working hours involved.

Requirements

• Essential requirements
• • Minimum two years’ recent bar experience
• • Confident serving beers, wines, spirits and cocktails
• • Excellent customer-service and communication skills
• • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• • Reliable, punctual and well presented
• • Good understanding of responsible alcohol service
• • Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Key responsibilities
• • Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• • Delivering friendly and efficient customer service
• • Operating the till and handling payments accurately
• • Following Challenge 25 and alcohol-refusal procedures
• • Keeping the bar clean, organised and fully stocked
• • Rotating stock and handling glassware safely
• • Supporting the wider front-of-house team during busy services
• • Following all Rocksalt licensing, hygiene and safety procedures
