About the Role

Receptionist with Clerical Duties (Band 2) - £12.51 per hour
Bradbury Centre, Belfast
? 25 Hours per Week (Additional Hours May Be Available)

Are you a friendly, organised individual with excellent customer service and administration skills? We are recruiting a Receptionist with Clerical Duties to join our busy Wellbeing & Treatment Centres.

As the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff, you will play a key role in delivering a professional reception and administrative service while ensuring a positive experience for everyone visiting the Centre.

Key Responsibilities
? Welcoming and directing patients, visitors and staff
? Managing telephone enquiries and reception services
? Booking meeting rooms and accommodation facilities
? Providing administrative and clerical support to Centre Management
? Assisting with building security, visitor management and CCTV monitoring
? Maintaining records, ordering supplies and reporting maintenance issues
? Supporting health, safety and quality standards within the Centre

Essential Criteria
? 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including English and Maths, or equivalent qualification, or 1 year's clerical/administration experience
? Experience using Microsoft Office or equivalent systems
? Excellent communication and organisational skills
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment
