Area to be covered: Northern Ireland (Portadown and surrounding areas)

Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + bonuses

Benefits: Car allowance or company car & full benefits

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Windows & Doors will involve:

• Commercial sales position selling the supply and installation of windows and associated products
• Focusing on commercial projects such as; hotels, student accusation and retail sectors
• All of your time will be spent selling to contractors, housebuilders, developers & architects
• Turnover target tbc depending on experience
• Will be given projects however will be expected to generate new business
• Great internal support and cross selling opportunities

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Windows & Doors with:

• Must have field sales experience in the construction sector
• Must have commercial experience selling to contractors, housebuilders, developers & architects
• Ideally within the fenestration, windows & glazing sector however open in terms of what building products you’ve sold
• Driven, target focussed and a team player
• Analytical thinker
