<p><strong>JB498: Administrator</strong><br /><br /><strong>Location: Ballymena</strong><br /><br /><strong>Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum</strong><br /><br /><strong>Overview:</strong><br /><br />First Military Recruitment are currently supporting our client in the search for an Administrator.<br /><br />Standard hours are Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (40hrs) per week.<br /><br />Our client is keen to offer opportunities to Ex-Military personnel, but all applications will be considered.<br /><br /><strong>Duties and Responsibilities for the Administrator:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Answering telephone promptly, directing calls to the appropriate personnel and responding and directing emails as necessary in a professional manner.</li><li>Supplier invoice coding to nominal ledger.</li><li>Complete Month end Credit Card reconciliation.</li><li>Raise Purchase Orders (PO’s) for other departments as required.</li><li>RHI Submission.</li><li>Sage Payroll Monthly and Weekly</li><li>Sales invoicing / Lodgements – providing holiday cover. Cover for other members of the admin team including reception cover for holidays, periods of sickness and other absence when required.</li><li>Any other duties, within reason and capability, as agreed through consultation with management.</li></ul> <p><strong>Skills and Qualifications for the Administrator:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in an administrative position, particularly within finance or office management environment.</li><li>Ability to manage a high-volume purchase ledger, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate records.</li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when dealing with financial data and documents.</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word) and experience with financial software or accounting systems.</li><li>Previous experience in a similar industry or sector.</li><li>Familiarity with accounting software.</li><li>Understanding of relevant compliance and regulatory requirements within administrative and financial domain.</li></ul> <p><strong>Benefits for the Administrator:</strong></p> <ul> <li>30 days holidays (including stats)</li><li>Company Performance Related pay (PRP) scheme</li><li>Private Healthcare scheme</li><li>Company sick pay scheme</li><li>Employee Referral scheme</li><li>AXA Insurance discount</li><li>Cycle to work scheme</li><li>Pension scheme</li><li>Life insurance policy</li></ul> <p><strong>Location: Ballymena</strong><br /><br /><strong>Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum</strong></p>
