About the Role

<p><strong>Accounts Administrator</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Location: Belfast City Centre</strong></li><li><strong>Contract: Part-time (24 hours / 3-days) | Permanent | Office-based</strong></li><li><strong>Hourly pay: &#163;13.33 an hour &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></li></ul> <p>Reed Accountancy is proud to represent an established and reputable employer based in Belfast City Centre who are seeking a detail-orientated and ambitious <strong>Accounts Administrator</strong> to join their dynamic team, supporting their accountancy function.</p> <p><strong>Day-to-day of the role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate financial records and support the overall finance function</li><li>Manage the sales ledger to ensure all invoices, receipts, and payments are accurately recorded</li><li>Complete month-end sales ledger processes, including issuing statements and generating reports</li><li>Process purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and preparing them for approval</li><li>Maintain purchase ledger records, resolve queries, and monitor expenditure&nbsp;</li><li>Produce ad hoc financial and operational reports as required by senior management</li><li>Reconcile and review general ledger accounts on a monthly basis, identifying and resolving any discrepancies</li></ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 1-years’ experience in an accounts administrative position</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.</li><li>High level of attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul> <p><strong>For more information, including package details, please contact Mary at Reed Belfast, apply via this advert, or contact me confidentially on LinkedIn</strong></p> <br />
