Hourly Rate: £18.00

A leading organisation in Belfast is seeking a dedicated and professional Academic Support Assistant to support an undergraduate student with a physical disability. Working Hours:

Monday to Friday – flexibility required to accommodate the student’s academic timetable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with practical sessions, including lab-based activities.
• Provide mobility support around campus, including opening doors and carrying items.
• Assist with seating arrangements to ensure comfort during extended periods.
• Support with outerwear in adverse weather conditions (e.g., coats, jumpers).

Essential Criteria:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard IT packages.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and numeracy abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
