Job description

This role is part time. Two days a week (Tuesday and Friday) 8.30am to 4.00pm.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day assistance with the office administration
  • Manage customer and supplier telephone queries
  • Daily computer work processing within purchase and sales ledger
  • Assist with credit control

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Experience with Sage 50 account package

Desirable Skills

  • Good communications skills Knowledge of Outlook Word and Excel
