Reservations Specialist – Jobs in Belfast
We are seeking a Reservations Specialist to work in Belfast. This is a rare yet great opportunity to work with one of the UK’s top companies. This is a full time permanent position.
Reservation Specialist Role:
You will be a key point of contact for meeting and completing customer sales by telephone. Your ability to deliver exceptional customer service will be just as important as your sales skills. The clients are predominantly UK based and have business requirements on a Global scale, albeit the majority of sales will be within the UK Market. You will be part of the Shared Service Centre supporting the UK operations based in Belfast City Centre.
Reservation Specialist Key Responsibilities
This job is telephone based and the key job responsibilities will be to:
Answer calls relating to meeting room enquiries and convert to sales. These enquiries are predominantly for centres based in the UK however the client may have global requirements.
Enquiries are normally from customers, who need meeting rooms for interviews, management meetings, training, seminars etc. Current clients also use this service to book meeting rooms in their current centre or in other centres worldwide.
Build rapport with clients to promote repeat business.
Follow up all sales enquiries and sales targets and conversion ratios are achieved as set by SSC Director.
Ensure all enquiries received are logged and dealt with in accordance with Company procedures and service level requirements.
Ensure that all enquiries are updated and maintain accurate information on all enquiries and account status.
Generate sales within the region in order to exceed team targets.
Account development and enquiry handling with meeting room brokers on a global basis.
Provide excellent customer service customer service.
Ensure proper communication of customer and company requirements.
Previous experience of business to business or inbound telesales environment
Previous experience of working to and exceeding targets
Experience in computer systems including excellent attention to detail when inputting and collating information
Excellent written and verbal skills
Professional telephone manner
Previous working knowledge of computer packages – Microsoft Office, Outlook, Titan, Pivotal, Smart, Mars
Previous experience of working within a contact centre
Salary will be £18k basic with OTE £24k with additional company benefits.
