Job Description

Onsite Warehouse Operative

At Quick International we are growing in Northern Ireland due to expansion on our services. We are proud to announce we have won major contracts in Ireland and we are growing our team in Belfast and Portadown. We are seeking an Onsite Warehouse Operative to work with us on a full time permanent basis.

Role Duties:

  • To work independently as a frontline business representative within a major customers premises.
  • Dealing with front line staff, Supervisors and Managers on a daily basis.
  • To assist with all day to day, Warehouse / Cold Room Technology duties, to ensure smooth and efficient running of all processes as per SOPs.
  • Focus on accurate and timely recording of data and efficient receipt and dispatch stock.
  • Making sure all movements are handled within tight deadlines.
  • Ordering of stock and ownership of recording processes.
  • Ensure timely management of on-site requirements


  • Ability to work independently to an excellent standard, with strong communication skills.
  • Understanding of customer chain and supplier needs.
  • Monitoring Stock Control of all Temp control packaging units and component parts.
  • Liaising with Belfast and London office to maintain suitable levels of supplies to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate computer records and ensuring correct processes are followed.
  • Adhere to all Company Policies, at all times
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties or tasks.
  • Organize dispatches and transfers between offices.
  • Liaise with the Department Supervisor, Manager, or other Senior Management.
  • Maintain excellent standards regarding warehouse cleanliness
  • Oversee process procedures in partnership with customer requirements.


  • Warehouse working experience.
  • Good understanding of warehouse flows and processes.
  • Forklift license.
  • Working in a temperature controlled shipping or warehouse environment would be an advantage.
  • Confidence to work independently and remotely.
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to identify and solve problems in a proactive manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized and prioritize current and forward workload.
  • Identify and communicate ideas that will enhance the operation

Salary will be discussed at interview and will depend on experience and skills. This will range from £18k – £21k per annum.
