Office Manager – Jobs in Omagh

Our client is a well known company that has offices here in Northern Ireland and Europe. Due to new business in Northern Ireland a contract position has arisen for an Office Manager to join their team in Omagh. This position is a great opportunity to work with a global company on a maximum 12 month contract.

Office Manager Duties:

Assisting the service manager with project planning and management
Financial administration and credit control
Invoicing and debt control
Maintenance of service engineer timesheets
Telephone / email duties and office administration

Office Manager Requirements:

5 GCSE’s including English and Mathematics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent overall IT skills
Experience with ERP/MRP systems
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Excellent communication and social skills
Accurate and analytical skills

Salary will depend on experience and will be between £23k – £28k.
