Conveyancing legal secretary, Belfast.

Large Commercial, well respected law firm wishes to recruit experienced legal secretary with a solid background in conveyancing.

Our client is a well-known, medium sized, successful law firm.  They currently wish to recruit a hardworking and dedicated legal secretary who can assist the Conveyancing Partner.

Main duties and responsibilities are:

Working co-operatively for the partner to ensure that priorities and deadlines are met.

Efficient and accurate audio typing of correspondence and legal documentation

Politely and efficiently making and answering phone calls and taking / passing on full and accurate messages within the department.

Effective and timely file management, initiations and closures.

Accurate and timely preparation of legal and associated documents.

Diary management to include scheduling meetings/appointments, organising Partner diaries, etc.

The successful candidate should have the following:


At least 3 years legal PA experience to include diary management and audio typing skills.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

It literate including word and excel

Experience within the Property department of a busy solicitors office.
