HR Administrator Job Duties:
Responding to calls from Line Managers & advising on transactional HR activity e.g. contracts & amendments to benefits.
Liaising with managers/candidates in regards to all aspects of the recruitment process.
Amending employee’s contractual terms, on production of the correct paperwork.
Responding to emails in the HR Shared Services mailbox within 24 hours.
Collating HR reports monthly or on ad hoc basis upon the request of the HR Manager/Head of HR Shared Services.
Returning all reference requests emails for ex-employees. Issuing new and replacement ID cards.
Ensuring all TUPE information is processed onto the system correctly for incoming/outgoing employees.
Uploading ID documents & paperwork to employee’s electronic personnel file on the HR database.
Assisting with ad hoc projects/administration requested by HR Manager.
HR Administrator Qualifications / Experience:
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Good proficiency with IT systems. (Google, Email & Microsoft office packages.)
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Reliable, dependable and conscientious to the team and to the company values.
HR Administrator Essential Requirements:
Unrestricted right to work in the UK/EU.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
