We are currently seeking a General Manager to work on a full time permanent basis for our well established client based in Carryduff. This is a multifunctional role that will require you to oversee multiple tasks throughout the business and it’s services.
General Manager Duties:
Oversee all jobs that come into the business
This will involve organising drivers and engineers and their location
You will be responsible for company equipment and allocate it to engineers
Work closely with customers and insurance companies by completing all essential paperwork
Allocate crew to repair sites
Complete reports for management
Carry out risk assessments on equipment and overall health and safety
General Manager Skills:
Experience working as a General Manager is essential
Have excellent organisation skills and management experience
Experience working in the Engineering or Manufacturing sector would be an advantage
Experience working with insurance companies and customers by able to communicate well with both
Have experience in completing reports and assessments
Excellent IT skills
Salary will depend on experience and skills and will be around £35k per annum with additional company benefits.
