Career Centre Co-ordinator

We are recruiting for a client that is well known throughout Ireland. Due to company growth a position has arisen for a Career Centre Co-ordinator to join their team on a 6 month contract with the view of becoming permanent.

Career Center Co-ordinator Role:

Your role will be to assist clients such as students and the unemployed and offer then advice and guidance on career moves or the next step within their employment.

Career Centre Co-ordinator Duties:

assessing personal characteristics, skills and interests via individual interviews
providing appropriate help and advice
liaising with schools, employers and professional organisations
promoting and marketing services
writing careers literature, action plans and reports
using specialist computer applications
co=ordinating the Outplacement programmes delivery schedule.

Skills:

Recruitment/career experience or within a similar role is essential
Good admin experience
Excellent communicator
IT skills such as Excel and MS Word
Good attention to detail

Salary will be discussed with employer.
