Job Description

Bakery Quality System Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Continually preparing, monitoring and updating Quality Procedures in line with BRCGS v8
  • Management of product quality, process controls and ensuring implementation throughout the site
  • Conducting Internal Audits
  • Responsibility for supplier approval and monitoring
  • Completion of finished product specifications and artwork approvals
  • Dealing with customer service queries
  • Completion of monthly KPI reports

Criteria

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a food or science relation discipline
  • Working knowledge of HACCP, Food Legislation and Hygiene would be advantageous
  • Working knowledge of BRCGS V8
  • Experience of assisting or carrying out internal audits
  • Experience in similar FMCG food industry would be advantageous
  • Self-driven and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
