Your role

Developing, leading and delivering a cohesive site HR strategy over a range of HR areas including employee relations, recruitment, absence management, supporting managers and providing professional advice in all HR policies and procedures.

What you’ll need

• Proven generalist HR background – operating at HR Officer level.
• Experience working and providing HR support in a Unionised environment.
• IT literate – proficient in MS Excel and Word, and HR databases.
• Highly developed Organisational Skills together with solid judgement skills
• Good conflict resolution experience.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate and engage with all levels of management.
• Full driving licence
