We are currently recruiting for a receptionist to start asap in a public sector role in Titanic Quarter (BT3) area. . The successful applicant will be required to start asap.
Rate of pay: The rate of pay for a receptionist is £8.12ph.
Duration: ASAP – on-going. Long term.

Academic Shift 1 – Mon-Thurs 7:30-3:30, Friday 7:30-1:30
Academic Shift 2 – Mon-Thurs 9:30-6:00, Saturday 8:45-1:00
Academic Shift 3 – Mon-Thurs 1:30-9:30, Friday 12noon-6:00
Non Academic 1 – Mon – Fri 8:30-4:30
Non Academic 2 – Mon- Fri 9:30-5:30
Non Academic 3 – Mon-Thur 10:00-6:00, Fri 11:30-5:30
The successful candidate must have there Maths and English GCSE A-C and also 2 years recent receptionist experience. Proof of GCSE results will be requested during the vetting process and the successful candidate will be put through a background check.
Provide receptionist service during opening hours (early mornings, late nights and weekends).
Act as the first point of contact to meet, greet and provide assistance to staff, students and visitors in a courteous, helpful, friendly, speedy and efficient manner.
Assess enquiries, requests and complaints, primarily at the reception desk, and when necessary redirect as appropriate.
Maintain a log of upcoming events and relevant information.
Keep an accurate record of customer/user visits, including enquiry type and outcome for enquires.
Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and promotes a professional image at all times attiring to the Colleges clear desk policy.
The post holder will be required to wear a corporate uniform and shall maintain this provided equipment in a clean and well-mannered fashion at all times.
