Premiere People with their Public Sector client are seeking to recruit a temporary HR Service Assistant for their Belfast/ Castlereagh sites (although workers may be required to work across any of the organisations sites).
This role is 36 hours per week and requires an immediate start and is expected to last 3 months in the first instance with the possibility of extension. Completion of the following duties will be expected –
Rates of pay: £ 8.78 per hour
Hours of work: Monday to Friday. 36 hours per week. 9am to 5pm.
Provide accurate and consistent outputs across the full range of HR activities to support the Business Partners, Senior Managers and the HR Function to achieve their objectives
EITHER Hold a level 5 qualification in a HR related discipline, PLUS a minimum of one years’ recent HR generalist experience.
Have three years recent HR generalist experience.
Demonstrate recent experience in three of the following five areas:
Recruitment & Selection
Training & Development
Management Information Systems (MIS)Ø A major HR project
Experience of dealing with highly confidential and sensitive issues.
Experience of using an HR computerised system.
Basic knowledge of NI employment law.
Be fully conversant with Microsoft Office.
