Marketing Admin Assistant

We are currently seeking a full-time temporary ongoing Admin Assistant for our Public Sector Client in Belfast .

Rate of pay is £10.33 – £10.45

Duties include:

  • Liaising with suppliers, customers and colleagues within the wider business to ensure

that key information is communicated in a clear and effective manner.

  • Processing requests for information.
  • Investigate and resolve queries or complaints from suppliers, customers and other

stakeholders in relation to market registrations and associated processes.

Ensuring that all daily, weekly and monthly processing are completed to a high

standard.

  • Accurate and timely maintenance of spreadsheets and records.
  • Processing monthly, quarterly and annual reports ensuring data accuracy.
  • Highlighting improvements and efficiencies to current systems and processes.
  • Undertaking any other duties which will contribute to the overall efficiency and

success of the role as identified by the department manager.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 4 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at Grade C including Mathematics and English
  • Language; or minimum two years relevant experience preferably in a clerical /
  • administrative role in a busy office environment.
  • Strong IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (in particular
  • Microsoft Excel and Word).
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritise time in line with business needs across the various functions.
  • Previous experience in being flexible within a business environment that is subject to

change.

  • Strong communication (both verbal and written) & negotiation skills with the ability to

influence.

  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail / accuracy.
  • A current driving licence and access to a vehicle.
