Customer Service Advisors

Join us in powering the future! ???? We’re looking for part-time Customer Service Advisors to join our dynamic team at NIE Networks in our Craigavon-based Contact Centre. This is a temporary, ongoing role, with the potential to become permanent after a successful period. You will be employed by The Recruitment Co, working on NIE site and reporting to NIE management

???? Your Role:

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, dealing efficiently and accurately with a range of enquiries via telephone, email, social media, and web-based chat. When calls are low, you’ll carry out administration and related duties.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries by phone, social media, and email
  • Record fault and emergency customer enquiries on relevant systems
  • Direct escalated calls to the Shift Leader in real time
  • Communicate effectively with other internal departments
  • Be capable of responding during escalations and staffing issues

  • ???? Competitive hourly rate of £11.73 PLUS £3.21 shift allowance, giving you a total of £14.94 per hour!

????About You:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grade C or above or 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong customer focus, excellent attention to detail, and good decision-making skills
  • Experience managing difficult customers and resolving complaints
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms
  • Ability to build trust easily and act with integrity

Desirable:

  • Experience in a call handling role
  • Experience managing customer interaction on social media platforms
